Dr. Elena MarchettiDDS
Owner, General Dentistry
Bought the practice in 2016 after nine years in Albany. Restorative work and root canals. Grew up two towns over and still shops on Warren Street.
Hudson, NY
We took over the old Kessler bakery on Warren Street in 2016 and kept almost everything — the ovens, the tin ceiling, the smell of the place on a cold morning. What we changed was the dentistry. Same-week appointments, honest estimates before we start, and a team that remembers your name.
Every price is what you pay with no insurance. You get a written estimate before anything is booked.
A full look at everything, digital X-rays, and a written plan with costs before any work is scheduled.
40 min$189Routine hygiene visit with a check from one of the dentists at the end. Most people come twice a year.
30 min$145Same-day where we can. We keep two slots open every morning for exactly this.

Associate Dentist
Joined in 2019 from a hospital residency in Poughkeepsie. Sees most of our new patients and has a particular knack for people who would rather be anywhere else.
Dental Hygienist
Has been cleaning teeth in Columbia County for eighteen years and has never once made anyone feel told off about flossing.
Kessler's opened in 1931 and closed in 2011, and for a while the building sat empty with flour still in the floorboards. We restored the storefront rather than gutting it, which is why the waiting room has a bread oven in it. Dr. Marchetti bought the practice in 2016 after nine years in Albany, and the three of us have worked together ever since. We are a small practice on purpose — you will see the same dentist each visit, and the person who answers the phone works here.
